The Ultimate Body Contest 2008 in Bali

Ok, this time I'd like to share my experience about body contest competition that I've joined with on last Sunday, Nov 23'08 at Nikki Hotel, Jl.Gatot Subroto, Denpasar.

Time was shown around 6.15am when my mobile rang loudly next to me, it's time to wake up, took a bath and picked up my friends to come along with me. I asked Dewa as my Navigator wkwk..^^ and Dedy as my photographer..^^ but for the last person, he's a little let me down there T.T I'll tell you later then ehehe..

We're departed from Kuta around 7.15am and it tooks around 30minutes been there. I'm going through to committee desk, to take care of my regristration and get my ID number. Aha,, and I got number 30 out of 219, which means there were 219 participants who participate this Ultimate Body Contest (why it's called "Ultimate", well bcoz of it's sponsored by Ultimate Nutrition, one of the biggest supplement agent in the world) and thanks God, I've got a minor number, so I didn't have to wait any longer..^^

Every 21 persons called to the stage, according to their numbers and shown up what they have..^^ Before that, every contestant was called to the backstage, to do warming up, to pump up their muscles. Many contestant smear on their body with baby oil or other kind of lube in order to get their body muscles look shape, and it does really help for them.

I didn't use it, the reason why I didn't use baby oil was I'm still on my bulking season. Bulking season is time when someone need to raise their weight as much as possible. The weight I mean is mass muscle. This can be reach by eating a lot, eat food which contains high carbohydrate, high protein and still..LOW FAT. So that, I didn't use these body oil to shape my body, bcoz my stomach only shown FOUR PACKs, not SIX PACKs when I'm on bulking season wkwk.. and the show juzt begun..^^v But I'm still trying to be all-out when I was on the stage eventhough I have no enough preparations on it. I did what I can do, the best that I can, and the result I was juzt ended in TOP 50.

Well, it wasn't a bad result I thought, I have no regret about that, and once again I've got a valuable experiences here in Bali ^,^ Thanks to Ultimate Nutritions for helding this competition and I hope in the years ahead, this competition would be routine agenda to be discuse with ehehe..

Ah, actually I had a little dispointed those time, when I bought Prostar Whey 10lbs I've got 3 vouchers of "Bicep Competition". This competition was challenge peoples to lift 20kg as much as possible, and there was prizes of course to who can lifted those challange according the rules given. The range was 15 to 65 repititions, and the highest prize was Muscle Juice 4,75kg wooow... it's worthed bro ^.^ Yach..bcoz of my arm still on recovery after had a light-cracked and little suture, all I had to do was juzt only down to earth akakakakak.. so that, those vouchers became useless for me wew..

Ah, theres one thing anymore that make me "felt-down", the pictures that my friend took on me was blur.. how comeeeee....??????? arrrrrggggghh.... T.T

A Foolish Heroic Action

I'm so pretify, my body felt awkward bcoz of I didn't do what I had to do over past two weeks, doin sports..!! any workin out..!! All of this was begining from those disaster. Well, I had an accident, to be exact on Sunday, third day of November, about 7pm, there was a fire at my boarding house.

It was began when there was a black out, someone tried to force the switch on without pulled out any plug-in cable first, twice. At the same time, there was short circuit that make the electricity doesn't work well, and the result is FIRE. We're moved fast to extinguish those fire which spread already, faster and faster, whoosh whoosh whoosh... ~gubrak~ I've got slip wekekek.. ^,^
Thanks GOD, finally, the fire was extinguished, it's just a room, my neighbours room, the fire has no chance to spread everywhere. But..I've got light-cracked arm and a little suture on my angle in return wkk..

That's way, 'till now I couldn't doin any activities like usually wew.. But, it's not a big deal, I'm still going to participate "Ultimate Nutrition Body Contest" which be held in Bali, on next Sunday, Nov 23 without any preparation and any regrets, nothin to lose la..
